Destiny Bounds is an experienced trademark attorney and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering business owners to protect their ideas before it’s too late. She has spent her career helping people understand the importance of trademarks and intellectual property—key elements that many entrepreneurs overlook until it’s too late.
After seeing how many business owners react to legal issues instead of preparing for them, Destiny made it her mission to educate the next generation about the value of protecting their creativity. Inspired by her niece Elara and the excitement she had about books, Destiny decided to create Elara and the Trademark Tower to make these essential concepts fun and accessible for kids.
Through this book, she hopes to inspire young readers to think like entrepreneurs and understand that protecting their ideas is just as important as creating them. Meet the Illustrator
Amy Caroline is a passionate artist and entrepreneur who has turned her lifelong love of doodling into a thriving creative business, Free Hand Studio. With a deep belief in the power of art to inspire and communicate, Amy now spends her career bringing stories to life through her unique, hand-drawn illustrations. She believes that creativity is a skill to be nurtured, and through her art, she hopes to inspire both kids and adults to express themselves boldly.
Amy is also dedicated to teaching others how to channel their creativity into something meaningful, whether it’s through art, entrepreneurship, or simply embracing their own imaginative ideas.
