What if Someone Tried to Sell Your Artwork...
Before You Had the Chance?

Join Elara on another Fun Journey to Teach Kids About Copyrights and Creativity—and what it really means to protect what they make!

Why Did Destiny Write a Second Children’s Book?

After launching Elara’s first adventure—Elara’s Colorful Claim(hyperlink this to below section to buy 1st book)—I heard from so many parents and teachers who loved how it made legal and business concepts accessible for kids.

But there was another group of creators we hadn’t talked about yet… artists!

So many kids draw, paint, design, and create every day—but they don’t always know what happens when someone else takes credit or tries to sell their work. And the truth is, even adults struggle with this.

As an intellectual property attorney, I’ve helped so many people fight copycats—after the damage is already done. So I started asking:

That’s how Elara’s Artistic Adventure: A Copyright’s Claim came to be—a story that helps kids protect their creative work and understand the power of originality.

Elara's Artistic Adventure

Meet Elara & Copy Catharina (and now *new* character Dreamer Dan)— Your Child’s Guides!

In this exciting follow-up, Elara has turned her invention into something brand new: vibrant, colorful ChromaArt!

But when CopyCatharina returns and tries to sell Elara’s art as her own, Elara knows she has to act fast. With help from her inventor Grandpa (Dreamer Dan) and her legal-savvy Aunt Destiny, she sets off for Copyright Castle.

This isn’t just a story—it’s an empowering adventure that will show your child how creativity, originality, and courage go hand in hand.

What Will Kids Learn?

This story introduces big—but important—concepts in a way that’s simple, fun, and easy to understand:
It’s the perfect mix of story, adventure, and important life lessons—designed to help kids build confidence while having fun!

Meet the Author

Destiny Bounds

is an experienced trademark and business attorney with a passion for helping creators protect their ideas before it’s too late. She works with business owners, artists, and entrepreneurs every day—many of whom never learned how to protect their intellectual property until something went wrong.

Destiny created the Little Legal Eagle Series to change that—to give the next generation a head start by making legal concepts like trademarks and copyrights both fun and accessible. Inspired by her niece Elara and her father Dan (the real-life Dreamer Dan), she believes creativity deserves protection—no matter how young the creator.
